CEO of Actainfo & Data Protection Officer
Bridging regulation, infrastructure and innovation in institutional digital environments.
For over 20 years, my work has focused on aligning public sector digital transformation with cybersecurity standards, cloud qualification frameworks and data protection governance.
My professional path began at the intersection of law, technology and institutional systems.
While completing my studies in Philosophy of Law, I encountered digital tools not as simple instruments, but as structures capable of reshaping how information, processes and responsibilities are managed.
Following my graduation in 2000, I began working in the field of digital technologies, initially focusing on web systems and early online infrastructures.
Over time, this evolved into a broader involvement in digital services for public administrations and regulated environments.
As institutional requirements expanded, my work progressively moved beyond technical implementation, focusing instead on the design of structured digital systems aligned with regulatory frameworks.
Supports organizations in the design and management of compliance systems, data protection processes, and digital infrastructures, with a focus on operational implementation and long-term sustainability.
The activity includes roles as Data Protection Officer (DPO), advisory in governance and regulatory alignment, and the integration of artificial intelligence within structured and regulated environments.
